The Leisure Pools SMART Color Range has been designed with dramatically reduced VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emissions, providing up to 50% fewer VOC emissions than standard gel coats making it better for the environment than traditional gel coats used in fiberglass swimming pools.
Why do we call it SMART? Well, this color range also features Nuplex’s Aquaguard®ECO Plus gel coat which exhibits strong antimicrobial behavior to inhibit the growth of bacteria at the gelcoat surface. This dramatically reduces the chance of algae growing in your pool. Nuplex has developed this new gelcoat to provide excellent UV, blister, and chemical resistance.
