By participating in the survey giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. The survey giveaway is organized by M.E. Contracting.
To be eligible for the giveaway, you must have been a customer of M.E. Contracting. The deadline for entry is Thursday, December 18, 2025. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are entitled to receive any prizes awarded. There is a limit of one entry per person, and participation is completely free.
The giveaway prize is an Apple 11-inch iPad Wi-Fi 128GB. The use of specific brands as giveaway prizes by M.E. Contracting does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The giveaway prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. M.E. The winner will be chosen at random on Friday, December 19, 2025, and notified via the email address provided. M.E. Contracting will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their prize, and M.E. Contracting reserves the right to select a new winner.
The winner will allow 30 days for the prize to be delivered. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made by mutual agreement.
By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information you provide will be used by M.E. Contracting for the administration of the giveaway. All entrants may request information on the winning participant(s) by emailing info@mecontracting.ca. The winner agrees to have their first name, last initial, city, and province published on M.E. Contracting’s website and social media channels.
M.E. Contracting is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the giveaway or being selected as the winner.
M.E. Contracting reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
